here's one school of contrarian indicator that says we've almost bottomed. from briefing.com: 12:46 ET Dow Forecast : Prudential's Technical Analyst, Ralph Acampora is considering reducing his 1999 Dow forecast of around 12,000 though he is still bullish, he sees downside numbers of 8900-7200 on the DJIA.
