Mike, wait just one Min ( 13 weeks PLEAE!?) this is the 6 months statement now, not the old 3 months statment that was just late and they said to me filed late, so the 3 month is OK - the MOST IMPORTANT ANNUAL is now OK as it is NOT mentioned...so now that 3 months have past...simply put another Quarterly is now due. I will wait till year end, there is something like 13 lucky weeks till the majic 1-31-1999 date, LOL:
