I don't know, my post was a Sun press release off the PR newswire, but she should probably change it either way to "Smith" or something like that. Maybe "Pat Nicoll" would be good.

Edit: I haven't heard of this person before, but just from her background and credentials it looks like the right kind of appointment. Let's hope she's a good manager...I think Sun's culture is pretty different from IBM's. Baratz also came from IBM indirectly.
