Cant really look at the technicals on a takeover play.. they are irrelevant.. The gamble is wether or not it will happen really. I agree a buyout would be in the upper 20s, but without a buyout the stock is definatly not going to sustain a price in the teens.. lots of difficulties moving forward if they cant sell the dog..
