Well Phillip, I just bought some at 11.75 and have another order in for 11 just in case it should dip that low, which I doubt. There isn't "blood in the streets" yet but I'm ready if there should be. Looks like a buying opportunity to me in quite a few techs. Missed a chance for JDSU a few days ago at 106. Keeping most of my powder dry at this time.
