RE<<What will turn it?>> Look for a good spike come Oct. 5 th after the Fed decides not to raise interest rates. IMO entire financial sector [banks,brokerages,OLB's,etc.] will start to make a upward move into the new year. This sector reminds me of last year this time when the semiconductor and chip sector was in the dump and news was all negative. Those that bought last year this time in that sector have seen major gains this year. Good luck. EW
