George, Yea, I just saw CNBC and then read the Yahoo report. 7 to 1 = less than $5.00 per share. I own Mesa prA also which is 1 to 1 preferred to preferred. Do you know how much P&P preferred is? I am looking, but don't know off the top of my head. On paper this deal has immediate bad news for all of us. Does Rainwater believe the two companies will combine to become a money maker? I guess he does, he is the largest shareholder. Any other info from anyone would be appreciated. Charles
