Based on the timing you're probably right. But if Intel doesn't delay the CuMine, I expect DELL and other OEM's will offer a CuMine/VIA combination for Christmas.

Also, I expect the CuMine 733 is DEAD until the i820 is fixed so the highest CuMine in '99 will be 700 at best.
