Just pointing out the initiation of coverage is all. I know all about the ugly history of DIMD. With regard to the balance sheet, the serious writeoffs were taken Q3 and Q4 of 98, though there will undoubtedly be a few more (Rio now offered everywhere @$49.95).

Price S3 paid hides most of the warts, IMO. Put Schroeder in charge of the e-mail room (get it?) and they may have something.
