Jud- The only information I posted was a letter I received from BNEZ on Aug 28, 1998 in response to an email I sent them. I asked if their were any convertible stock deals. The email from Jack at BNEZ says their were no convertible stock deals. I thought Mitchell's post number 8831 showed the company did have a convertible stock deal. I am probably wrong. About the information Mitchell posted, I have no idea where he got it or anything else about it. Good luck. PS The company did say in the email they planned on becoming reporting by the end of 1998. Of course that didn't happen.
