Pam/wrm...I'm missing something as well...also, FBR is viewed as a 2nd tier house at best and to have this kind of impact is bizarre...either there is something else in the air or sellers big time overreacted...I'll try to figure out by the a.m., but may in fact be a big buyer in the morning.
