WCII reacts to issues in the extreme. May have a big bounce or go further down.

Just last October, I bought max shares @ 10 1/2 after
several buys on the way down from 30. WCII has always had more than their share of speculators and short players.

I guess this helps explain this apparent, and hopefully, over reaction.
