Not sure how to view the buyout-Im sure many buyers around 3 1/2. I had invested in company based on the Salvo product-I had a similiar situation with a company called Rawson Koenig which I felt was undervalued and received a buyout-unfortunately I believe that most people will sell out and move on-not sure what the condition of Netmanage is-and what impact them buying simware will have on bottom line-any chance of selling simware shares and buying netmanage?(will take a look at netmanage).
