Brad, Greg, Marc,..... Looks like the folks at Chai are up to their ears in work... good sign I would say. Talked to Drew today -- very practical minded kind of guy and I think he will truly be able to arrange the best terms for Chai and us shareholders over the long run. Still hangin in there.. Art
