George, Both stocks are delayed. If the deal was done at last Friday's stock prices, it would not be good. However, IMHO, Wall Street might just like this deal, they love Rainwater so... I an awaiting the stocks opening. I just checked Sept 25 calls for PDP and at 8:37am their were only 6.25, now they are 9.25--hmmmm. There is most probably many things about this deal that Joe Stockholder does not know. Today will be interesting. Regards Charles
