You call this latest announcement going forward. Earning have been cut in half from last quarter. Additionally, have been notified of temporary and unexpected delays in contract execution schedules at two divisions, as well as significant, unanticipated cost overruns with a certain, non-core, municipal utility installation contract. Not to mention that after Kealy's laudatory interview last week, the stock has dropped close to 30%.
