The shorts are having a feeding frenzy and if they keep up the pressure they will get at least another $15 out of this debacle. It was easy for them once they get an analyst report that loooks even a little like bad news.

The market has been pretty patient with WCII and given it plently of credit but in times like these when on top of having no EBITDA postive you also don't have any firm idea as to when you will get positive then the stock will sink faster than the Titanic. There is no bottom IMHO maybe $15 maybe not.

I would love to think the mamagement could come out with a statement tomorrow but with this kind of volume and selling pressure what can they say. The amrket is only interested to hear from these guys with a statement that they ARE EBITDA positive or very very near to it. The market has give the managment a very very fair shot but it is beginning to want results and not more secondaries.

IMHO it is a great company but its asking the market for too much credibility. Just that bit too much in times like these. it might have been OK if the market had continued its old climb but that's over now for a long time.

THe best we can hope for is that managment gets the message and gets the comapny into EBITDA positive in a couple of quarters.

Best regards and sauve qui peut,

L
