Donald, you may be right however I am interested to see who this unwanted party is. I have read that this same person or group has put up over 100 million dollars this year in other VSE companies. If that is the case then I have a defianate problem with rules for some and not for others. All I want to see is a level playng field. How the Hell can expect to win the game if the rules change as the game is played to try and help those who might be losing (shorts). If this is the case then should these other companies get halted until they transfer these holdings out of the hands of this "unwanted" investor. I bet not, Unless there is a large short on them as well and they need to fun for the cover of the VSE........
