Does Prudential actually pay this guy Ralphie, or does he work free? His latest change from Dow 12000 this year to a possible drop to as low as Dow 7200 is more than incredible. So now if we go to 12000 Ralphie said so, and if we drop to 7200, Ralphie warned us. And what are the chances the Dow will not fall within 7200 and 12000 in the months to come? This guy is now officially a total joke.
