HELLO?
HELLO!
IS THIS THE MOJAVE PHONE BOOTH??
YES!
So we talked to Mike & Jeremy who're 2 Las Vegas firefighters - nice guys. There was an article in the LV paper about the phonebooth so they thought they'd take a trip out there to see whats happening on their day off. They said it was a beautiful day out in Mojave, 74 degrees with a breeze, having a great day, enjoying The Happening. All alone there on a Tuesday afternoon & surprised to be. "You hang the phone up it rings under your hand" he said, mostly German people had been calling because there was an article about This Phenomena in some German magazine.
I told Jeremy about the Mojave Phone Booth thread here on Go2net Silicon Investor, & so they might be paying a visit. If they do, Hi Again! If you guys wanna learn more about the Buy Low Sell High details of stocks, register free trial at Silicon Investor "dis mus be da place" & check it out! And to Mike, you said you were Special Forces before joining the fire dept., and I was so engrossed in the excitement of the conversation forgot my manners and didn't say "Thank You" & "Glad You Got Home Safe" so I just said it to you now.
We talked of the countryside around there, good camping places, New York, the mountains, the Bay Area, The West, ufo sighting speculations, nearby lakes, etc. The nothingness beauty of The Mohave Phone Booth surroundings was almost like a hollowness behind their voices. If you know the desert you know how a dropped pebble makes a sharp sound almost like a boing ... that. Aaaaaaah. Makes you want to be there! Then, after we wished each other well, they went on to the next caller.
Got Lucky, Mojave Phone Got Answered Today,
