Dan, I got my snail mail copy of the financials and KK's letter to shareholders over the weekend. I have a few questions for you: Is the COO he mentioned that he was arranging to hire "Dan Deaver"? They have unlimited authorized prefered and common shares. They have been raising money throughout the years via selling of prefered shares. As you know, many of these perfered shares are convertible to common shares at a huge ratio. Do you know how many of the common shares (currently around 5 million) are closely own? Do they have plans to continue to raise money via selling of prefered shares? I am a little concerned about potential share dilution (although they appear not to have been abusing it). All in all, 1997 appears to be quite positive for Lenox. Regards, Kit
