Saturn Solutions Launches THE FREE ZONE on its
'e-Warehouse' Site and Signs an Agreement With Parsons
Technology, an Intuit Company

BURLINGTON, Vt., April 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Saturn Solutions (Toronto and Montreal Stock
Exchanges: SDQ) announces that it has signed an agreement with Parsons Technology, an Intuit
company, and is to promote Parson Technology products along side many other popular vendor
products also displayed on its Electronic Software Distribution (ESD) site trademarked the
"e-Warehouse" (http://www.e-warehouse.net). This award winning site has become the choice for
many software publishers.

Parsons Technology is a computer software development and marketing company which is a wholly
owned subsidiary of Intuit, Inc., the makers of the Quicken brand of financial management software.
Parsons currently markets more than 70 products with more than 100 titles to choose from, in
divisions including education, financial, genealogy, golf, home improvement, legal, personal
improvement, productivity, utility and church software. Parsons Technology is based in Hiawatha,
IA and maintains a customer base of more than 3.8 million.

The "e-Warehouse " provides leading vendors with a high traffic environment and a secure real time
means of promoting and selling software over the Internet. The "e-Warehouse" site is designed to
encourage end-users to browse and download their favorite software titles in a user friendly and
"easy to navigate" environment, while making credit card payments through secure container
technology. In addition to the Internet transaction, end-users have the option of receiving a
shrink-wrapped product from one of Saturn's worldwide fulfillment facilities.

The "e-Warehouse" recently added a new section to their site called the FREE ZONE, which is
designed to provide users with a centralized source for downloading vendors' free screen-savers,
software demos, and patches. The FREE ZONE will eliminate the need for users to spend hours
searching through individual Web sites to access these free demos. Meanwhile, vendors will enjoy
increased traffic to their Web sites and increased distribution of their software demos which enable
users to test and evaluate commercial software products before making a purchase.
