You would not be here unless you had a financial interest! You wouldn't be going over the Financials with a fine tooth comb unless you planned to profit from it! JNNE said they "acquired the assets". For all I know it could have been a desk, chair and file cabinet! A million dollars in revenue could have been spent as fast as it was made. It doesn't mean it was laying around when the assets were acquired. If you are so concerned, call Joe Naughton and ask him, then report back. But you won't because you really are not concerned at all. Now are you? Buddy
