Not sure about quality but this may be a start. This site: financialweb.com lets you screen by sector, trailing 12-month stock performance, market cap, share price, sector, etc. Doing so for "Drug Manufacturers/Other" with market caps between 30 and 500M that have gone down at least 12% in the last 12 months gets you this collection of canines. It's possible to use "Biotechnology" instead and get some others. I was trying to get AXPH here.
