I don't think that Webster's got the definition of dilution wrong.

I'm not sure where your difficulty is.

Splitting a stock doesn't dilute anything. If you're hung up on the magnitude of the stock price, just get over it.

P/Es, PSRs, whatever, remain unchanged as a result of the split.

It just doesn't matter.
