Everyone should note that the volume of over 9M shares traded represents 66% of the entire float of 16 million shares out of a total of 54.3M shares outstanding. Institutions control 86% of the outstanding stock. Even taking the NASDAQ double-counting issue into account, this is a significant block of stock for sale in a market in which the telcomm issues are already headed down. Obewon
