Anyone receiving e-bills from Qwest?

I'm having quite a battle getting it set-up. I am signed up for their 9 cents / minute plan with no monthly fee & credit card billing. I first enrolled through Quicken 99 (which failed) and then enrolled for e-bill at mybills.com but Qwest hasn't recognized the enrollment and switched my account profile from credit card billing to e-bill.

The Qwest customer service people are completely clueless when it comes to CheckFree. The Customer Service rep thought I wanted to switch my billing from a credit card to a debit card. I tried to explain the concept behind CheckFree (ACH out of the checking account, etc) but the attempt was fruitless. She finally transferred me to another guy who was a little more knowledgeable. He suggested that I may not be eligible for CheckFree e-bill since I wasn't on a plan that charaged a monthly fee.

Lets see, what costs Qwest more, providing an e-bill through Checkfree or charging a credit card?

The guy finally suggested I call CheckFree, which I did. They claim it may take more then one billing cycle to enable e-bill but they are looking into it since I've been trying to add Qwest since June.

Maybe its time to switch back to MCI. At least they had the e-bill thing figured out.
