NEW YORK, Sept 28 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley said on Tuesday it has increased its price target on satellite television company EchoStar Communications Corp. (NasdaqNM:DISH - news) to $112 from $95. -- Analyst Marc Nabi made the increase due to the upcoming passage of ''local into local'' satellite broadcast legislation and the successful launch of EchoStar V.
