Cy and Callnet managements seem to be at odds over the pricing model for ISP. Callnet wants some clients free and some with monthly charge!!. See their NR for sep launch A-L-S-OOOO Cybersurf Corp. Reiterated `Speculative Buy' at Sprott Securitie Toronto, Sept. 27 (Bloomberg Data) -- Cybersurf Corp. (CY CN) was reiterated ``speculative buy' by analyst Brandon Osten at Sprott Securities. The 12-month target price is C$ 7.60 per share.
