Francoise, you never counter my falsehoods because there aren't any, you just slink away and go shopping over at grossinmyspeedo.com instead of having to face the facts that ZSUN is a POS and you are the king of rubes for continuing to pump it.
As for AMPD, how would a short seller "Engineer" a class action suit? Do you think a class action firm is going to file such a thing and spend there money unless there's a pretty good chance of them recouping it many times over? I am being completely honest when I say that AMPD's crap-ass PR's look almost genuine compared to the things that ZSUN put out in the past. I said all along that there was no way they could juggle all the numbers and get them to add up to what they put out in the past, and again, I was proved right.
BTW, a couple of things.
1. Could you please cite a source for your repeated assertation that it's illegal for an American to open an account with a Canadian brokerage.(hell while your at cite a source for who lied to you about the 10sb for months on end, and who told and keeps telling there's a large short position against this stock.)
2. Could you spell out exactly what consequences will be suffered by us defendents if/when the class action buzzards circle over the dead carcass that is ZSUN?

Hell let's make it three things.

3. You warned us to stop posting when we were sued(of course you did, that's what this POS companies slimy insiders wanted) will you take your own advice if/when you are named in class action lawsuits by shareholders that suffered a loss due to your touting of this stock and the many lies you told about the company?
