I can't believe you have been able to go on with that for so long. The pain was incredible the first time I had that injury. I could barely walk around holding my left hand in my right trying to keep my arm from moving so that the pain wouldn't shoot all the way down my arm. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't find a comfortable way to sit. This went on for what seemed like forever, which was about three months, and then I finally tracked down the physical therapy that cured it. I know it can be cured, 'cuz I've been there. Quit dawdling.
