The Constitution does not require one to have been born in the United States, but merely a "natural born citizen." That means a citizen at the time of birth. As McCain's parents were citizens, he was automatically a citizen at the time of his birth, wherever it may have been. This is not an issue.

I agree that GWB is pussilanimous and only preposterous prevaricators plead otherwise.
