A company who has a story like this one, with significant contracts both in the can and in the queue, and who also has some heavy duty partners will not be selling at fire sale prices for too long. Heck, if its not tomorrow, then it will be next week, or next month, etc. etc.. But I happen to believe that it is going higher and that is good enough for me. Yes, I have to agree with you, the person loading up at these prices could be making a very wise move. Crazy Canuk
