Hello All! The form POS AM stands for post effective amendment which is what the filing Microtel did on the 24th of this month. Essentially, it states that the outstanding shares of the company will increase if the preferred shareholders sell in the open market. They've been holding for a while and will make a profit if/when they sell. Also, if/when all the shares are sold there would be approximately 24 million shares outstanding instead of the 16+-million shares out now. That's why the drop in the share price-(guessing) (IMHO) Industry's good and Microtels time is now... Regards, tigress
