Just recently our little company got an offer from Rio Algom for a complete buyout of all shares at forty-three dollars a share. I believe they were jealous of our property position and got tired of waiting. I was so disdainful of the offer as not representing the true value of the company that I rejected it outright without consulting with the other shareholders. We won't even consider any competing offers. It's production under our aegis or nothing. *********************************************** ahem ... Surprisingly our project that is atracting the most investment interest now is an offshore diamond project. I was able to interest some intermendiate money into risking on a premlinary test of some ground in a hot area. It is grass roots but very exciting nontheless. I kind of feel like a Viking adventurer on this one. The gold project at 5.0 ounces per short ton with the ramp already in is kind of interesting and would get the money out and profit paid in about 8 months but it is small and I cannot blame people for wondering if that is all there is or has there been some miscalculation. Frankly I am at a loss to sell this one without some change in the weather for small projects. mailto:echarter@grubstake.on.ca
