Sergio, thank you for your response. I agree with your quick analysis of IHII. However, inventories are now being worked off and a new round of financing is in the works. Thier business turns several months after oil moves higher. Chart is the worst I've EVER seen! However, after tax-loss selling, valuations may be even cheaper. Book is 4.80 per share. Stock at 3 1/2.
