I had been assuming that with Dale Fuller's arrangement with Inprise (no salary but just stock options and only a six month contract) that some sort of a sale would have happened by now.

Instead, we had Coates get on the BOD and sue the company and then take back his lawsuit, the appointment of a new CFO, and a rash of other announcements in the past couple days.

It sure doesn't look like a company that is grooming itself for merger or acquisition.

Unless Fuller had his contract renegotiated a few months ago and we haven't heard about it, this all doesn't make sense to me. There is, of course, the possibility that Fuller has taken the job at Inprise just so he could have a hobby. <g>

Does anyone have any ideas about what the current game plan is at Inprise?
