Sometimes I wonder why so many KIDE licensees are marginal businesses, they can select from the very best ??

That's an interesting question. Maybe KIDE can force agreements more to their advantage when they're negotiating with smaller companies. If KIDE only dealt with Mattel, Hasbro, Bandai, etc. they might have to give up more.

Just a wild guess.
