WP poll says the media-despised Congressional Republicans trusted as much or more than Clinton to decide what to do with the surplus: washingtonpost.com Gee, I have never heard that reported. The Clinton truth embargo precludes that. I guess the tax cut is a salient issue after all. No wonder the media has trashed it so hard. (See poll taker). I'll bet if the poll asked Bush v. Clinton that Bush would be the runaway winner.
