Don, I dont see it that way at all, and reckless speculation about LMT is unneccesary at this point. The merger is supposed to be complete by the end of Oct. and it is still only Sept. At least give it until then. If you read carefully in the 8K filed 8-14, you will see there there is a host of activity pending the successful outcome of the merger. At this point in time, there isn't much risk in waiting and hoping for the best in my opinion. I also think you have the share count backwards, there are appro. 10m shares of FTRK and 5m CLRT. 10m shares at 25 cents, equals 5m skares at 50 cents, so the arbs seem to have corrected the spread.
