The CA 9th Circut Board of Appeals is a nuthouse. We
have judges that could overturn any case in American
History on some excuse or another. There is this one
judge in San Francisco (appointed for life, of course)
who is the one every liberal case is brought to because
she would overturn anything to advance her agenda. The
9th circut board was the baby of former Governor Jerry
Brown who created this board to enshrine nutcase liberalism
in California forever.
