What stands out in my mind is that he recommended selling all assetts and converting to cash which cash could then be used to buy the assetts back at 1/2 the price by late 1990's. That included Real Estate, Businesses (selling or reducing loans and activity) and any other major assett incuding your primary residence. As it turned out, I could have bot all my assetts back at less than 50 cents on the dollar. I dont remember him making any stock market recommendations other than selling the stocks and converting to cash. Cash was his main theme.
