OF CATS AND MIMBOS
Doug,
I've tried this hokum on you before and you didn't bite. One last time: I still am exploring the nasty possibility that cats make for untrustworthy MIMBOs. CSDS, below, is only a psuedo-cat, but it was a great one. bigcharts.com I'm looking at the first four months of '99 as the Whoosis, and August's surge as the Bloosis. (MIMBO theory is still proprietary, no?) Then I'm looking at the exceedingly catlike plunge of late '96 as evidence for this theory, which I have, ahem, ahem, and which is mine*: When otherwise perfectly healthy MIMBOs (AKLM, TACO) run up against the resistance of a former cat- (or in this case cat-like) plunge, they maybe ... just ... don't work? Or, better yet: If they do get past the gap period, then they're a straight path to the stars.
