I'm sure that's already priced into the market by now. Rising silver prices = rising reserve value. It's that simple for me. Am I buying more? No. I am way overexposed to penny miners the way it is. But I did average down significantly once this summer. The only cause for bearishness here is the dope running the show. But maybe even he will wise up and get things going. $7 silver would help. Let's see what happens. --Alan
