Distribution Agreement with WAZZU.COM, a supplier of businesses web pages. The agreement supplies 20,000
Phon-Net Direct Connect software licenses to the existing WAZZU.COM business web sites immediately. An
additional 5,000 licenses will be supplied to WAZZU.COM for use with their expanding customer list. A
comprehensive search engine directory of all businesses utilizing the Phon-Net Direct Connect service and icon is
under construction and will be available at the WAZZU.COM web site in the near future. Consumers looking for
businesses and products, with the ability to talk directly to the business and place their order, using the Phon-Net
Direct Connect service, will find a complete list of businesses at WAZZU.COM with the new search engine
