If the NYSE does not adapt quickly enough to changes currently taking place due to technology, it will definitely fall behind as it should. It is obvious Grasso is trying to protect something or maybe he has something to hide. Could it be that, the unfair advantages some of the participants have against the individual investor, is what he can't let go of? I feel confident that equiverse.com will address those concerns.
