Be Warned! PPRO has already filed for a secondary offering. Form 424B3 for PURCHASEPRO COM INC filed on 28 Sep 1999 .... PurchasePro.com, Inc. is offering 4,000,000 shares of its common stock. (offering price is $12!!!!) .... We have no current specific plans for the use of the net proceeds from this offering other than repayment of a $550,000 note payable to our Chief Executive Officer. .... We have a history of losses and anticipate continued losses, and we may be unable to achieve profitability.
