This time you were able to go through all of the way with no major problems. It appears that since you were able to trace beyond CRL Network Services, go ahead and try to trace InterQuote again perhaps several times until you get a full report. Are you receiving data from the InterQuote server at the this time? If not try "tracert interquote.com". Also, when you did the first trace route, was the data feed to InterQuote down at the same time?
