Directly from our Network Management Team:

A MAJOR Fiber cut in the Ohio area is affecting ALL Internet connectivity.
(traffic is being rerouted - causing massive congestion in all parts of the Internet)

This Fiber cut is reported to be causing major Packet Loss and connectivity problems with:
Abovenet, Exodus, Qwest, UUnet - and many other smaller providers.

This kind of outage has a direct impact on eSignal (and any other streaming Internet services). When this occurs, there is not a whole lot we can do to provide relief. Sorry for the inconvenience.
