Mr. Stephen Gibson reports
In Stockwatch on July 13, 1999, Probe announced it had
directed its financial advisers, CIBC World Markets and
Waterous Securities, to solicit recapitalization transactions,
business combinations or offers for Probe's shares or the
disposition of some or all of the company's assets, with initial
proposals due Sept. 28, 1999.
A variety of proposals have been received and are currently
being reviewed by the board of directors with the assistance
of the company's financial advisers. As soon as the review
and negotiation process is complete an announcement will be
forthcoming.
